Are your products really plant derived?


Absolutely! Our ingredients are 100% derived from plants. Our products are made with fresh, natural ingredients, and truly handcrafted in small batches. We believe in only using premium all natural essential oils, butters, aloe, and waxes that will provide your skin and facial hair with the most benefits possible. We don't cut corners by adding fillers to our products. We only use a few choice ingredients and artisan techniques to create products for your skin and hair that deliver optimal results.




How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Currently we only ship domestically. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We usually process and ship your order within 1-2 business days, so allow about 1 week via Priority Mail to receive your order. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.




How do I return or exchange items?


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and customer service experience. For complete directions, please see our "Returns & Exchanges" page by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.




What if my product arrives frozen?


Don't panic! Freezing will not ruin the quality of the product. If your product arrives frozen, simply allow it to slowly return to room temperature and enjoy your product.




What if my balm arrives melted?


Our balms are designed to melt at body temperature. Please store your product in a cool, dry place when it arrives. Should your balm melt or be delivered melted, take these steps to bring it back good as new: 1. If just partially melted, use a hair dryer to fully melt the balm.
2. Stir thoroughly with a toothpick making sure ingredients are fully mixed.
3. Put in refrigerator or a cool place for a few hours.
4. Enjoy your balm again!
